Three ingress paths admitted an adversary this cycle, and none has a named owner: recruiting fraud in U.S. remote IT roles, per Endorsed data reported by Fortune; a hijacked hosting-vendor routing prefix that served malicious software updates; and an intrusion at McKesson, reported by CyberScoop, that used stolen credentials rather than any software flaw.
